From 2017 to 2020, MITRA Samaj served as an Intermediary Service Organization, leading comprehensive capacity-strengthening initiatives for local NGOs across Nepal. We conducted Organizational Capacity Assessments, developed institutional improvement plans, and delivered targeted training and coaching on strategic planning, organizational policies, project cycle management, M&E, social accountability, advocacy, and communication—helping 18 NGOs strengthen their systems and performance.
We have also supported national institutions in developing strategic plans, costed action plans, and conducting large-scale human resource capacity assessments across all levels of government.
