MITRA Samaj has an approach of establishing a strategic alliance/partnership with local organizations/Civil Society Organizations (CBOs) across Nepal. This partnership connects the resources of partners and creates synergies in the program implementation. Local partners contribute their knowledge regarding the local context and utilize appropriate skills for implementing the program at a local level. Whereas MITRA Samaj provides technical assistance to these local partners for project/proposal design, networking and other capacity-building areas identified by partners. MITRA Samaj has a strategic alliance with 72 NGOs/CBOs in 48 districts of Nepal.
